How do I book?

We only require $400 down to reserve and the remaining balance is due at the time of boarding the yacht.
All we need from you to get started is you name, number, and email.
You'll receive an invoice with all the details to reserve your desired yacht.
Is there an age requirement to book?
At least one member of your group must be 18+.
Do I receive any confirmation after booking?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email and text to the details you provided us. A representative will contact you 24 hours before your charter to confirm your details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. The details for each method will be listed on your invoice.
Are there any fees?
We have no hidden fees, the prices we show you are always final. If you choose to reserve with card, there is a $50 processing fee. That fee is not applied if you choose to reserve with one of the other accepted methods(Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo, or Cash App).
What's included?
All of our charters always include the following amenities free of charge:
- Captain and crew payment
- Ice and water bottles
- Bluetooth sound system you can connect to
- Swimming mat
- Fuel for the entire trip

- Jet-ski's: $175/hour per jet-ski
- Catering: From $35/person
- Decoration Package: From $200

How do I choose my captain?
Captains are always on standby for you to contact them. Use the template provided in your confirmation and send it to each of the captains on the list. They will confirm with you from there.
Why do I have to select a captain?
Federal Maritime law requires charterers(you) to select their own captain. Companies cannot directly assign captains.
What am I not allowed to bring on the yacht?
Prohibited items:
- Red wine
- Hookahs with live coals(Electric hookahs are allowed)
- Weapons
- Illegal substances
- Grills or burners with flames(Electric grills are allowed)
DreamYachts Miami reserves the right to terminate any charter without refund if a guest does not follow these rules.
Can I have more than 13 guests?
Federal Maritime law limits bareboat charters to a strict 13 passenger maximum. This does not include captain and crew(you + 12 others).

What if I arrive late?
Yachts will never depart without your consent. The full remaining balance is due at the time you arrive, even in the event of late arrival.
Your yacht will return to the dock at its scheduled return time. Any time lost at the beginning due to late arrival is lost without refund.
You are welcome to check with your captain to pay for an extension past your scheduled return time, if available.
Captains may offer a 10 minutes grace period relative to your reserved departure time, upon request.
Departures two hours late will automatically be terminated without refund.
Where does the yacht take us?
Each yacht has a different default route. Also, the routes are fully customizable, per each captain's discretion. Ask your captain for more details.
Default 4-hour charter routes:
- 45' Dream(Hollywood Beach Departure)
Route Destination: Haulover Sandbar
- 45' Dream I(Miami River Departure)
Route Destination: Picnic Island, Marine Stadium Cove, Biscayne Bay
- 55' Dream II(Venetian Marina Departure)
Route Destination: Picnic Island, Marine Stadium Cove, Biscayne Bay
What if I need to cancel?
Reservation Deposit:
The reservation deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking, provided that the charter is scheduled to begin more than 3 days from the time of booking.
Post-24 Hours Cancellation:
If the cancellation occurs after the initial 24-hour period, the reservation deposit will only be refundable in the event of dangerous weather, as determined solely at the captain's discretion.
Rescheduling Policy:
Charters may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Weekday(Monday - Friday) charters must be rescheduled for another weekday.
Holiday Policy:
Reservation deposits for holiday charters are non-refundable.
